Concerns and feedback.
One of our values is being led by the bush, and we appreciate you taking time to share feedback and concerns with us.
Whether you’ve had a positive experience or something hasn’t felt quite right, we want to hear about it.
Feedback: When you have a thought or suggestion
Feedback is a way to share what’s working well or how we could do better. It might be a compliment, a suggestion, or an idea for change.
You might choose to give feedback when:
- You have a suggestion for improvement
- You’ve felt supported or encouraged by our service
- You’d like us to consider a new approach or idea
All feedback is valuable as it helps us stay responsive and relevant to the needs of our communities.
Concern: When something's not working

You might choose to share your concern if:
- You’re not satisfied with the service provided
- Something or someone has made you feel uncomfortable
- You feel you’ve been treated unfairly
We take concerns and complaints seriously. They help us understand what’s not working and guide us in making improvements that benefit everyone. We use deidentified information to review and strengthen our services.
