The Outback Futures Wellbeing Windmill draws on the latest research and incudes 5 key areas important to our wellbeing.
If we're strong in only one or two areas, our sense of wellbeing can feel out of balance - kind of like a stool with a couple of shorter legs.
The good news is there are things we can all do to improve our wellbeing.
