Upcoming Clinics

We all need to take care of our mental health and wellbeing

Looking after our mental health and wellbeing gives us a much better chance of doing the things that are important to us, like:

making good choices  -  prioritising our family  -  having good relationships  -  functioning well at work  -  being part of our community  -  looking forward to the future

At times we can all struggle with stuff, but asking for some support and help gives us tools and tips to help get through the tough times.

We understand that asking for help isn’t always easy, especially living in a small community.

We know you’re sometimes tired of seeing different people for the same things, telling your story over and over again.

We know your mental health and wellbeing often isn’t a priority when it’s hard to access services, and just doing life takes up so much time and energy.

Support for you, your family and your community

We’re committed to long term mental health and wellbeing for our outback communities.

The situation around COVID-19 is constantly changing, but we will continue to stay connected with you, in ways that are safe for everyone.

Listening to our communities and planning in collaboration with you is always a priority for us, and that’s not going to change now.  In line with this deeply held Outback Futures’ value, and current government health guidelines and directives, we are currently reviewing our plans for upcoming clinics and will keep you updated.
