We all need to take care of our mental health and wellbeing

Looking after our mental health and wellbeing gives us a much better chance of doing the things that are important to us, like:

making good choices  -  prioritising our family  -  having good relationships  -  functioning well at work  -  being part of our community  -  looking forward to the future

At times we can all struggle with stuff, but asking for some support and help gives us tools and tips to help get through the tough times.

We understand that asking for help isn’t always easy, especially living in a small community.

We know you’re sometimes tired of seeing different people for the same things, telling your story over and over again.

We know your mental health and wellbeing often isn’t a priority when it’s hard to access services, and just doing life takes up so much time and energy.
